The project begins with a coherent public front door, connected project and scholar records, and a shared visual system that can grow without adding production dependencies.

A documentation-to-evidence audit now checks the project memory, branded static site, Scholar catalog, automated runner, and deployment component. As of September 9, 2026, four of six automated check groups pass. The updated project template follows the current three-file memory workflow and documents the required report formats.
