I am Dr. Jason Jeffrey Jones. I have begun writing a book with a long title: Thinking Machines, Pondering Humans: Public Perception of Artificial Intelligence. I even had the audactity to add a subtitle: Results from Repeated Surveys on AI in the United States 2020 through Today 🇺🇸🤔🤖.
You can read the book online and follow along as I add chapters and revise.
I will make most (possibly all) of the data I base the book on publicly available, so that anyone can replicate and reproduce the work.
