Initial set of TODOs

• Write a temporary Preface that introduces the reader to the book, its current state and has an initial call-to-action.
• First draft of Introduction chapter.
• Replace summary chapter with a content chapter.
• Decide on an MVP version to be put live and linked to from ipse central.
• ~~Upload the site files to ninja. Make sure it works.
• Revise the glossary on central, and make a copy of it as a chapter (or glossary?) in the book.
• Make a zotero library for the book. Export its bib. Make sure it works.
• Decide on likely chapters and add each one.
